What is the JuDy research project?
The JuDy research project is part of a larger societal movement promoting gender equality at work. In order to achieve gender equality, we need to better understand the experiences of women at work. European data shows that the gender career and income gap widens dramatically around the birth of the first child. For women, becoming a mother can lead to substantial downsides at work, whereas for men, becoming a father often translated into increasing career opportunities.
In JuDy we study the experiences of parents who telecommute and of women around maternity leave. If you are pregnant or parent of a child under 6 and you are employed, we would really appreciate if you could take the time to participate in our study.
