Camille Desjardins

Camille Desjardins is a PhD student in Human Resource Management at the Toulouse School of Management. She graduated with a master’s degree from Toulouse School of Management in 2018 before joining the research team of this project. Before starting her PhD, Camille spent one year in England where she studied Human Resource Management at Nottingham Trent University and worked for 3 months as a recruiter in London.

Her research interests focus on organizational behavior, predominantly on fairness perceptions in the context of women’s careers.
